Alex is an inquisitive person who is passionate about her work and is constantly reaching for more. Alex enjoys being active and taking on any challenge that comes her way. Her drive to set goals, train for them and achieve them makes her passionate and inspired about her work to help others do the same. She has practiced many different disciplines/sports throughout her life and has experience in a variety international competitions such as International Surf Rescue Challenge in New Zealand, World Triathlon Championship in Chicago and Raid International Gaspésie. Working with a range of clients, she has experience with cancer patients, first-time triathletes, runners as well as amateur and professional level athletes. She loves outdoor activities “no matter the nature” and has been driven to learning about body/movement, health and fitness as well as nutrition for over a decade now with no plans on stopping in her studies.
After obtaining a Degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University, she went on to become certified in Athletic Therapy (AT) and Coaching in Strength and Conditioning (S+C). Currently she is studying Osteopathy at l’Académie Sutherland d’Ostéopathie du Québec.
A personal trainer since 2012, she began her internship in Athletic Therapy with High Performance in 2013. Assisting as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Athletic Therapist for the off-season training camp of les Alouettes that summer, a year later she became a fully certified Athletic Therapist and S+C Coach. After joining Premiere Performance in 2014 she took the initiative to become a PowerWatts Coach as well.
Having worked with so many Athletic Therapists over her studies and into her career, she has come to appreciate the level of detail needed to carry out her tasks. She is about giving it your all, so be ready for a full workout, no slacking, and the full results that come with it. Fields of intervention
Alexia de Macar, a sports and performance nutritionist, is recognized for her work with Olympic / Paralympic athletes, as well as internationally renowned acrobats and dancers.
Principal responsible for the nutritional component at Cirque du Soleil since 2006, Alexia supports artists visiting Montréal headquarters as well as those on tour. As the instigator of several initiatives within this multinational, she combines her successes with her approach that is both scientific and individualized, as well as the importance she places on the human dimension in her work.
Alexia has also worked for many years with the National Sports Institute, supporting world-class athletes to help them reach their full potential. In addition to amateur sport, Alexia works with several professional athletes and top dancers. In parallel, she acts as a consultant for B2Dix and also has particular expertise with athletes / artists with unbalanced eating behaviors. Alexia advocates a personalized approach, where the athlete / artist is an integral part of the process and for which an interdisciplinary effort is essential.
Alexia is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Montreal in Sports Nutrition. She is also certified by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK) for the evaluation of body composition.
A true pioneer, Ann McMillan was the first instructor to bring Pilates to the province of Québec when she opened the Centre Pilates de Montréal in 1992. She discovered Pilates while pursuing a dance career in New York City in the 80’s, and went on to complete her Master’s thesis in Exercise Science at the University of Montreal where she continues to lecture today. Her graduate work was first to establish a scientific link between Pilates and improved dynamic posture in ballet dancers.
She has trained numerous instructors in Quebec and abroad. Her lecture circuit takes her regularly across the United States and to Europe. Being the province of Quebec’s pioneer Pilates instructor, she has regularly appeared in several French and English media since 1992.
In recent years, professional athletes have also turned to Ann to help them hone their skills. Among them we find Olympic Gold Medalist mogul Skier Jennifer Heil, Boxing Champion Lucian Bute, the Canadian Synchronized Swimming Team, triathlete Kathy Tremblay, and Olympic swimmers Victoria Poon and Charles Francis. Ann is thrilled to share her knowledge of Pilates and movement skills with elite athletes.
Ann sees clients for private Pilates and movement sessions in the Loft and is quite happy to collaborate with the great team of P2 therapist and trainers.
She started practicing Pilates in NY in 1986 where she completed her first teacher training program with Romana Kryzanowska in the early 90’s and also had the privilege to take sessions with Kathy Grant. Elizabeth Larkam has been a great source of inspiration since 1993. After completing her master’s thesis in 1996 she trained instructors for Polestar in eastern Canada. Responding to the demand for a complete French language Pilates teacher training program, Ann officially launched her own training program in 2003.
In order to dedicate herself to teacher training and lecturing, Ann closed her studio, the Ann McMillan Pilates in September 2013. Thus liberated from the constraint of managing a business, Ann starts a new chapter, free to explore the art and science of movement in all liberty.

Always in search of personal and professional advancement, she combines her profession with her greatest passion: alpine snowboarding. She understands the realities of elite sports, having been a member of the Canadian National Snowboard Team who participated in the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi.
Bursting with new ideas, Ariane will stop at nothing to seek out new professional opportunities. Passionate about sports, she works with sports enthusiasts, high performance athletes and sport federations, such as Tennis Canada and the Quebec snowboard and alpine skiing teams. On top of her private practice, she is involved as a spokesperson in sporting events, a key note speaker, a writer, she also develops menus and promotes nutritional kiosks. Her articles and columns can be found in various media platforms, such as blogs, editorial articles or editorial collaborations; La Presse+, Magazine Découvertes, iPlant, Tremblant and the maple products of Quebec, to name a few.
Ariane has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from the University of Montreal and has been a nutritionist since 2008. Wanting to expand her knowledge of athletic performance, she obtained a diploma specialized in sports nutrition from the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
Beth continues her education by taking courses that expose her to new exercise techniques, manual therapies and rehabilitation concepts. This style continues to be reflected in her work at Premiere Performance where she is known for going the extra mile. She considers her clients holistically when tailoring her creative yet scientifically rooted programs.
Beth accomplishes all of this while regularly collaborating with other health professionals from around Montreal and is considered a great addition to any therapy team. Beth is regarded as an expert in her field and, as a result, has worked with a wide range of clients: weekend warriors to Olympic and professional athletes, and everything in between. Beth rebuilds clients based upon their activity, lifestyle or athletic goals. Whether it is pain-free activity or improved performance, her systematic approach is the same: identify where you currently are, where you want to be and what plan will help you get there.
Teaching and learning is a way of life for Beth. She has been a fitness professional since 1998 following a childhood filled with the rhythms of piano, dance and a variety of sports.
Her interest in the great outdoors combined with diligent study habits allowed Beth to earn her Master’s degree in Physical Geography from McGill University (2001). In the hours away from her thesis, Beth followed her passion for health and wellness by becoming a certified group fitness instructor. She taught cardio kickboxing at multiple gyms around Montreal and even found time to supervise McGill’s training room.
After completing her MSc, she followed her heart and elected to return to school. In 2004, she earned a BSc in Exercise Science from Concordia University, certified with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association, and a few months later the National Athletic Trainers Association (U.S.A.). In 2007 she deepened her list of credentials by completing a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Before arriving at High Performance Consultants in 2006, she worked for four years with the Athletic Therapy students at Concordia University. During those four years, she taught practical labs and coordinated student internships with sports teams and in clinics. From 2011-2014 she supervised and mentored third-year Athletic Therapy clinical interns at Concordia University’s PERFORM Centre Athletic Therapy Clinic.
Chris has an obsession for pushing the limits of human performance, therefore everyday is another opportunity to do so.
Born, raised and educated in the northeast U.S., Chris moved to Montreal in 2005 to explore a new challenge. Having practical experience as a competitive athlete (University Hockey, Elite Cyclist, 4 Handicap Golfer) in combination with a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology, he was able to find his true passion in life, helping others perform to their true potential. Chris specializes in Elite athlete preparation, performance and athlete monitoring. Chris works in all genres of sport from UFC fighters and Pro hockey players to Olympic xc skiers and cyclists. Fun fact: Chris has a fine art degree and studied at the prestigious school of visual arts in New York City before a career change into the sport science field. As a result, he is truly able to combine Art and Science.
Maintaining his own strength training and cardio, Cliff has a passion for sports and fitness. His observant nature makes him good at reading people and gaining the best results. He is known as being tough but fair, with professionalism and extensive knowledge of the health and sports industries.
Cliff works to develop a strong focus and strength training knowledge within all of his clients to help them to avoid injury and ensure positive results. Still an avid hockey player in the winter, between training sessions in the summer you can now see him practicing his golf swing – look out!
As he worked his way up to a professional level in hockey, Cliff developed a passion for strength training and helping others as he learned. Pursuing a career in hockey, he took up boxing and won the Golden Gloves Championship. He later became an on-ice hockey instructor and eventually a personal trainer for off-ice instructing as well. With over 20 years of experience, Cliff has worked with NHL hockey players, Professional Fighters and Elite-Level clientele.
While teaching in hockey schools and strength training alongside NHL hockey players in 1990, he was lead to gain a certification in Personal Training in 1996. Having trained fighters in the boxing ring many years before that, his extensive strength background lead him to Premiere Performance where he has now been for the past 12 years.
Dave is a veteran of 20+ years in the fitness industry, with extensive experience in personal training, cycling coaching and small-group exercise.
He is an accomplished masters road bike racer and former triathlete.
With Dave’s high-quality service, each of his clients remark at how professional and effective he is in his treatment. He is known to work “magic” and relieve clients of chronic pain within a short period of time.
Dave Presently splits his time with Concordia Physio Sport, the Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club and B2Ten, a charitable foundation that provides value added services to Canada’s elite amateur athletes.
Dave graduated with his B.Sc. from Concordia University and has been a Certified Athletic Therapist since 1981; he went on to complete his thesis studies in Osteopathy in 1996. Dave began his professional career in 1981 as the Athletic Therapist for the Montreal Manic Soccer Team in the North American Soccer League.
Dave was one of the founders of Concordia Physio Sport in 1983 and has been working in private practice with them ever since. During that time he has also represented Canada as a member of the medical team at the 1985 World Gymnastics Championships, the Commonwealth Games in 1986 and 1990 and in 1996 as the Head Therapist for the Canadian Medical Team for the Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta.
Dave was a part time faculty member in the Department of Exercise Science at Concordia University from 1999 until 2010 He has worked in private practice in the Montreal area for over 30 years. Dave has been a consultant with the therapy staff of the Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club since 1999. Through B2Ten, Dave has worked with some of Canada’s most prolific amateur athletes at the past 4 Olympic Games.
His passion for cycling and the satisfaction of sharing his knowledge with those he coaches is what drives him.
Denys has been racing his bike for close to 20 years and is a Time Trial specialist taking top honours at the Provincial TT Championship in 1997 in 2006 and again in 2013. He also placed 2nd at the National TT Championship in 2013 and 2014, amongst his many podium results.
Denys holds a degree in engineering from Polytechnique and joined Premiere Performance (previously known as Premier Studio) as a Power Coach in 2010 following a satisfying career as a mechanical engineer specialised in HVAC.

Keeping active his whole life, participating in numerous sports: soccer, hockey, martial arts, tennis, skiing, snowboarding, football, volleyball, and basketball. His passion for athletics has led him to devote his career to working with athletes and those committed to physical activity.
His strong understanding of the demands that sports play on the body and his drive to help others achieve their goals have inspired him to work at the highest levels and achieve great results with weekend warriors, B2ten, professional athletes, and even Olympic athletes.
Fayez graduated from Concordia University in 2006 from the Exercise Science Athletic Therapy program and was certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2007. He has been actively working in the field of fitness as a personal trainer (since 2003) and athletic therapist (since 2004) helping people achieve their goals while keeping them motivated.
Jaime continually works to develop her unique methods of treating, reconditioning, and training. She is more than familiar with what it takes to succeed as an elite athlete; to set goals, deal with adversity, and to work through injury and perform successfully. She approaches each client by identifying key physical imbalances, creating motivating programs that correct those imbalances, provide manual therapy and support and then continue to challenge her clients to achieve. Jaime is very proud of teaching and lecturing, as well as how she educates her clients to be able to regain control over their destiny.

A former varsity athlete for McGill University and Concordia University, and current competitive athlete have allowed her to gain valuable perspective both as an athlete and a coach. Each experience has helped cultivate her well-rounded approach to evaluating physical imbalance, identifying her clients training goals, and reconditioning each athlete successfully.
Jaime completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, in 1999, with a specialization in Athletic Therapy and shortly after, became a Certified Athletic Therapist. Since graduating with distinction from Concordia University, Jaime also achieved a certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Jaime and Scott created the brick and mortar business ‘High Performance Sport’ in 2002. Over the years it morphed and eventually merged into Premiere Performance. High Performance has continued to grow into a thriving educational platform for other health care professionals, by way of courses and workshops as well as lectures and conference appearances. They continue to work purposefully to build a business dedicated to sharing their combined 50 years of experience with other health professionals and groups maximize their potential impact on their clientele.
Jaime currently works with many motivated elite and recreational athletes. She has trained athletes at every level including professional, Olympic, and university athletes.

James has a long history in aquatics, coaching athletes at both the age group and master’s level. He is a top level age group triathlete, and is planning to compete as a cyclist in the future. He as spent many hours on a Powerwatts bike, and has a lot of experience to share.

Having worked with patients of all ages and physical abilities, John especially enjoys working with an active and motivated clientele. Having focused his post-graduate education on manual therapy, he is very excited to bring a different skill set to complement the team at High Performance while continuing to grow as a therapist.
John’s interest in working with athletes comes from a lifetime of activity and participation in competitive sports. John remains active in several sports including hockey, golf, running, cycling and cross-country skiing.
As a young student he started working part-time as a student trainer with varsity athletes. This inspired him to switch gears and soon he was accepted into the physical therapy program at Queen’s. Since then, John has pursued his passion within his field and remains up-to-date in the latest studies and treatments available.
In 2005 John graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He began his career working at Concordia Physio Sport in NDG where he has been honing his skills since. He joined the P2 team in 2014. He has accumulated an extensive continuing education list over his career including courses on myofascial release, mobilization of the myofascial system, McKenzie approach, TMJ treatment, reconditioning and more.
Her recognition and admirable reputation is built not only from the quality in her treatment, but also by her collaboration with different therapists, osteopaths, physio, high performance coaches, and other health professionals. Josée works with a range of clients from accomplished athletes seeking to improve their performance, to people looking to take care of their overall health. Those who know Josée know what characterizes her above all is her dedication. Working with professional athletes in the NHL, MLB ( Russell Martin ) , the American Film industry and movie stars, Josée has been the massage therapist for such large productions as The Day after tomorrow, Lucky Number Sleven, Barney’s Version, X-Men, 300 and The Aviator, to name a few. Certain actors and producers make sure to acquire Josée’s services whenever they’re in Montreal.
Massage therapist Josée has over 15 years of experience. After obtaining her diploma in massage therapy in 1999, she worked at the Synergy Sports Clinic in Laval until 2003. She worked specifically with pregnant women referred by the hospitals of Cité de la Santé, Sainte-Justine and Sacred Heart. Later she directed and supervised the development and implementation of operations and procedures as the Director of the Quintessence Spa Hotel in Mont Tremblant.
As an independent Masso-Kinesitherapist since 1999, her passion for massage therapy has her continuously expanding in training and expertise. She has mastered many specialities including massage for pregnant women, sports massage and “Deep Tissue” myofascial therapy.

At the methodical level, Karine’s policy is to promote quality at the level of observation, perception and precision during palpation. She is fascinates mainly on the mechanisms of resistance, protection and compensations that limit the resilience of the body. Attracted by the sport since a young age, Karine quickly becomes fascinated by the field of sports medicine. Curious, she practices several sports during her such as swimming, basketball, water polo and currently triathlon.
In 2001 she pushes her limits and becomes world champion in dragon boat 2 km. Passionate about an approach that combines performance related to therapy, she is actively involved as an athletic therapist with different teams mainly in hockey.
In 2004, as part of its university education, she realizes a dream and is selected by the organization of the Canadian Montreal to join the medical team at the professional level. She continues then his career as a head sports therapist at the junior league level Quebec Major League (QMJHL). It is in the perspective of maximizing the healing of different injuries of her athletes that she discovered osteopathy. Karine graduated from Concordia University in 2005 from the Exercises Sciences program with a specialization in sports therapy. Leslie’s approach to bodywork is individually customized to the needs of each client. Hands on techniques are applied to release dysfunctional patterns of adhesion and resistance imbedded in the soft tissue network. Special attention is paid to chain of injury and compensation habits.

Leslie’s clinical practice is based on deep tissue, myofascial, structural bodywork. Over 20 years in practice focusing on injury recovery, performance enhancement and body awareness.
When training with Lloyd he specializes in efficiency in movement, mobility and stability training, as well as coaching in development of power and speed.
Lloyd has always been interested in sports since a young age. He enjoys staying up-to-date on the industry and has always worked closely within it. Playing rugby through University he appreciates physical fitness at the gym and gained an interest in personal training. Through his experience he understands the hard work and dedication required to maintain a healthy, balanced, and athletic body. Working with amateur athletes and a range of elite-level clientele, he also lectures in Exercise Science at the University of Concordia to inspire young minds with his extensive knowledge.
Working in cardiac rehab clinics, private health care clinics and research facilities, Lloyd has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Concordia and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education at McGill University. He has been working with P2 for over 10 years.
Whether it’s to take on the challenge of participating in a first sporting event such as triathlon or a marathon or simply looking for well-being and fitness, it’s always the playful side of the challenge that she loves to guide and accompany. its customers in their search for performance.
Her late entry into the world of professional cycling in the first professional team in Quebec, RONA was the starting point for an exceptional and extremely rewarding life experience. It is also a pleasure to share its learnings, since 2005, in conference, with public of all kinds; business people, aspiring athletes, students, etc.
After completing a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and a certificate in marketing management, she spent ten years as a sales team coach for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies. Following her 2004 Olympic episode, she gained training as a personal training specialist and Master PowerWatts. It is therefore within the team of training specialists of Première Performance that she chose to pursue and share her passion for the development of each individual’s potential.
Building functional bodies from the casual athlete to elite, Marc Nadeau has been invested in the sporting world since a young age.
With experience as a personal trainer he is biomechanics focussed, with attention paid to getting muscular systems to engage. Having received training in ELDOA 1 & 2, he also works with soft tissue release and provides corrective exercises to achieve functional posture.
He graduated from Concordia University as well as Marianopolis College. Interning in Beaconsfield Rugby, Concordia Rugby and John Abbott College Football, Marc can attend to sport specific demands.
Marie-Hélène is a Registered Dietitian, and holds a masters in Sports Nutrition from Montreal University. She was part of B2Ten’s sport nutrition mentorship. She has worked at Institut National du Sport du Québec, where she prepared elite athletes for the Rio Olympic Games. She also assured cycling and mountain biking athletes’ nutrition during the 2013 Canada Games in Sherbrooke. She is the founder of Sportivore, a sport nutrition services company where she regularly performs conferences and workshops with various high level athletes and sport teams, to help them acquire an extra competitive edge.
Marie-Hélène has a solid background in alpine skiing and holds her Canadian Ski Coaches Federation level II (CSCF-NCCP), as well as her Canadian Ski Instructor Alliance level III (CSIA). She trained alpine skiers in New Zealand, Whistler Blackcomb, and she regularly conducts professional development courses for the CSIA in Québec and New-Brunswick. Marie-Hélène has also been CSIA’s nutrition expert and written many article in Ski Pro magazine.
Strong cyclist, Marie-Hélène has also raced within the Fédération Québécoise des Sports Cyclistes (FQSC). She knows that circuit well and prepares cyclist’s nutrition for their competitive season regularly.

Michael fell in love with hockey when he was a kid. He played competitively into his teens and then later on at a more relaxed level. Cycling was also always part of Michael’s life, he now races at a master level. In 2000, running peaked his interest as an opportunity to lose weight. Within his first year he ran 3 marathons and lost 25lbs. At that same time, he became inspired by Canadian Triathlete Simon Whitfield winning Gold at the Sydney Olympics. With an inability to swim, Michael was not quite sure how he could do it, but after a few more years of marathons he finally signed up for swimming lessons. His triathlon levels increased slowly into Ironman distances. He has competed in several Ironman races including the World Championships in Hawaii.
During his many years of racing, he trained at P2 doing PowerWatts™, eventually he was asked to coach and has been a trained PowerWatts coach since 2013. He provides Private Training and coaching to several triathletes of different levels and has recently become our new Customer Relations Director here at P2.
Patrick is an Osteopath/ Performance Coach who has tirelessly forged a balance in advancing theoretical/philosophical knowledge with gaining applied experience for over 15 years. He brings a unique perspective merging the disciplines of strength, fitness and motor development, athletic performance, and osteopathic manual therapy in the reconditioning approach. This is a holistic approach considering what stressors may be leading to the movement or functional disturbances in place and rehabilitating the individual via an active care model in addition to providing targeted manual care.
Patrick has previously worked for McGill Hockey (6 years), Hamilton Bulldogs/ Montreal Canadiens (2 years), Montreal Canadiennes (2 years), and currently serves a private clientele.
Patrick has an extensive background in sport, having played hockey up to the Junior A level, where he then moved his focus to studying human movement, function, and performance. A large part of Patrick’s experience over the last twelve years includes working with NHL, AHL, CWHL, and university/Junior hockey players in addition to numerous Olympic and Internationally accomplished figure skaters, ice dancers, soccer players and Skiers. He has consulted with athletes at the highest level, including multiple world champions across different disciplines, as well as numerous Olympic medallists. Leading up to the 2018 Olympic Winter Games, Patrick worked with 12 athletes who participated. He provided help in the capacities of osteopath,Performance coach, and reconditioning specialist in several injury mitigation and performance training projects. Some of the athletes he worked with won gold, silver, and bronze medals at the Pyeongchang Games.
Patrick’s Education and training include: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist- NSCA (CSCS, 2007), Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (UNB, 2007), Master’s degree in Biomechanics (McGill, 2009), D.O (CEO, 2017). Additionally, he is Certified Performance Specialist (EXOS), a reconditioning specialist with levels 1, 2, & 3 (ReconditioningHQ), a certified Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Y-Balance tester.
His areas of specialization include, high intensity protocols to improve performance in athletes who have hit a plateau. Building big picture (macro) plans and small picture (micro) plans to optimize athletic performance.
Paulo is an applied Sports Physiologist and endurance coach and works as a consultant to organizations and athletes offering outside the box strategies and solutions to optimize high performance. Paulo combines the practical experience of training and racing, with a solid scientific foundation to develop blended programs to help athletes achieve peak performance. He has also used his experience in working with power for endurance cyclists and triathletes to help develop an indoor group cycling system called PowerWatts, used by P2 and over 20 other locations around the world.
Paulo has a diverse competitive background in multiple sports. He was a professional Ironman triathlete from 1988-1993 and the first Canadian under 9hrs in the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. He has competed in Ironman competitions, UCI road cycling races, and collegiate cross country running and swimming. He was also the first Canadian to complete the gruelling solo Race Across America (RAAM). Paulo also has many years of laboratory experience with physiological testing on elite athletes from many different sports.
Rob believes in improvement through a slow progression and focus on technique. When it comes to his style of coaching there are no shortcuts towards success. He encourages his clients to be patient and building a strong foundation with a solid base to allow them to perform to their greatest potential.
With a passion for the outdoors, Rob Côté started off his career as a white water canoe guide, eventually getting into marathon running. Unable to count how many races in total, Rob has completed over 15 Ironmans including 5 Hawaii Ironmans as well as 5 Boston Marathons. Rob began coaching cycling as well and naturally progressed into providing wilderness trips, organizing cycling trips and providing cross-country skiing outings as well as trainings.
Rob has completed a Bachelors in Physical Education at McGill University. He is a Master PowerWatts coach, one of the original owners of Premier Studio when it first opened and has contributed widely to the PowerWatts concept, adding his input throughout the years to help bring it to where it is today. A swim coach for 17 years at McGill and Marinanopolis College, he also coaches running and cycling, provides technical analysis and evaluations.

As a cycling and triathlon coach, Scott gains his experience through competing in Half and Full Ironman distance triathlons, competing both locally and internationally. He has been coaching and training for several years, having competed in 6 Ironman races, he loves to train hard and race even harder.
Currently, Scott is a PhD candidate at McGill University studying the effects of endurance exercise on the health of athletes’ hearts. He is on his third year as a PowerWatts coach, having also coached with the McGill Triathlon Club for several years as well.
Scott merges his ability to identify and correct movement dysfunction with his knowledge and experience in performance training to build athletes that are robust and who perform to the highest levels of their ability.
Scott has been working in the field of athletic performance for close to thirty years. He is renown for his dedication to building more efficient, effective and resilient athletes. He has trained athletes at every level including executive athletes, college athletes, professional athletes and numerous Olympic medalists.
Certified as an Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist in the late 80’s Scott worked for Concordia University’s Varsity Athletics program through the 90’s until he was hired by the New York Islanders of the NHL. He moved to the New York Rangers from 1999-2001 and then came back home to Montreal in 2001 to work for the Montreal Canadiens. He was also a part time professor at Concordia University through the 90’s and continues to teach privately with the educational company High Performance Sport he owns with his wife Jaime.
In the early 2000’s he began working with a fledgling project that would later be known as B2ten. This foundation assists Canadian Olympic athletes and Scott has been a part of its leadership group since its inception as well as being one of the principle performance support professionals.
Athletic Therapist to top level athletes, professional, Olympic and weekend warriors, Seb understands the workings of elite level athletics. His work experience extends to a wide range of clientele of all ages and athletic backgrounds.
Working with top level athletes since 2012, he looks to assist them in achieving their highest physical potential while also preventing potential future injuries. His expertise is based in taking care of players to get the most out of them for every game, and treating them so that they can last all season long. He is passionate about learning and he is always looking for new ways to treat and train his clients.
Sebastian graduated from Concordia University, Majoring in Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Therapy – becoming a fully Certified Athletic Therapist by 2014. Throughout his time in school he worked as an athletic trainer for hockey and soccer players at Athletic Republic, did a field internship at Dawson College providing emergency care and injury management to men’s soccer, basketball and women’s hockey teams and interned with Rugby Canada’s men’s and women’s senior 7’s Olympic team. This is where he was introduced to B2Ten, and eventually High Performance. He completed his studies at Concordia while entering into a clinical internship with High Performance. He quickly fell in love with the High Performance approach to treating and training their athletes. Now under the new name of Premiere Performance, he provides summer hockey training camps for elite level athletes and has also assisted the Athletic Therapy staff during the Montreal Canadiens development camp, as well with emergency care, assessment and treatment of injuries since 2016.
With her high level of enthusiasm, Tracy has the ability to motivate her clients to reach beyond their comfort zones to obtain increased cardiovascular strength and endurance levels. She uses rehab based skills to best design specific training programs to optimize her client’s physical potential.
Tracy enjoys a variety of sports. While she trained as a competitive gymnast in her younger days, she loves to stay active and fit doing a variety of fitness classes and outdoor activities. Although she runs a busy household with her 3 very active children, she can often be found cycling or running along the canal. She currently leads our HIIT classes and ballet barre fitness classes at P2. She does small group trainings upon request and has has a variety of clients for 1 on 1 private sessions. Tracy spends her summers in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA where she teaches outdoor bootcamp/HIIT classes.
Tracy was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She studied biology at Indiana University and then received a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. Afterwards, she worked as a Physical Therapist in general rehabilitation, trauma and sports medicine therapy. She has also worked as Physiotherapist at the McGill Sport Medicine Clinic. Tracy has been working for Premiere Performance for the past 19+ years and continues to keep herself up to date on the latest training techniques by attending regular workshops and continuing education courses. Tracy also most recently became ReAct certified in concussion rehabilitation.
When working with athletes, Vincent brings his determination, enthusiasm and his desire to make athletes and people perform beyond their expectations. His manual therapy approach is characterized by a combination of soft tissues release, manual mobilizations, stretching and strengthening. He strives consistently to learn, improve and broaden his horizons. “Never be satisfied” is a quote that would describe him. Let Vincent help you achieve goals you never thought possible.
Vincent has been involved in a sports milieu since he took his first steps; either by participating in a wide variety of sport but mostly playing hockey at a highly competitive level for over 15 years. Vincent knows what it takes to be a successful athlete as he was faced with the reality of being a high level athlete since adolescence. Therefore pursuing a career where sports are the central component, whether by training or by rehabilitation, was an easy decision to make.
Vincent graduated his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science with a Specialization in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in August 2008 from there he continued his involvement with athletes. As a student, he had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes either by developing strength and conditioning programs and supervising their training or as a student athletic therapist. All of these opportunities helped him gain valuable experience and allow him to develop his talent and sharpen his skills in the way he wanted to work with athletes and by helping them improve and optimize their performances; As a strength and conditioning specialist, as an Athletic Therapist or by a combination of the two.
In the summer of 2008, Vincent spent his clinical internship portion of his Bachelor Degree interning at High Performance Sport. As a clinical internship student at HPC, he discovered a team of dedicated and dynamic professionals with whom he shared a similar vision and motivation and who allowed him to verify his desire to pursue a career in this specific field. He is certified with the Canadian Athletic Therapist’s Association since November 2009.
Now an integral part of the High Performance team, Vincent was the Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning coach for the Acadie-Bathurst Titans in the QMJHL from 2008-2010. His responsibilities among others included the rehabilitation, emergency care and strength training of all the hockey players throughout the hockey season. In the spring of 2010, Vincent was hired as the Assistant Athletic Therapist for the Montréal Alouettes of the CFL were he worked for 2 seasons. With the Montréal Alouettes, Vincent gained a lot of experience by working with professional athletes in a professional sports setting and had the chance to win the Grey Cup with the Alouettes in 2010. During the NFL 2010/2011 season, Vincent had the opportunity to intern for 2 games with the Green Bay Packers.
Since January 2012, Vincent is the Athletic Therapist of the Montréal Impact FC of the Major League Soccer. As an Athletic Therapist with the Montréal Impact, he is responsible of the player’s rehabilitations as well as their return to play specific rehabilitation. This position allows him to combine his Athletic Therapy and Strength and Conditioning skills as an integral part of the player’s rehabilitation programs.
